We're busy writing
and
recording our 2nd album and are about half way into what we anticipate
will be the final track selections. We're nowhere near announcing a
release date yet but we're anticipating hopefully sometime around
summer of 2008 if things go as well as they have so far. Stay tuned for
updates on the progress of the album and possible sneak previews in the
near future.
In the meantime - we're humbled by the overwhelmingly excellent reviews
still coming in for our first effort - LE. Although we weren't
necessarily striving to write "Progressive Rock" or some sub-genre of prog music, (that's just the way the
music oozed out), we consider it an honor to be included in these
esteemed circles of highly knowledgeable music fans and aficionados.
Heartfelt thanks again to all of the insightful reviewers
and to our new fans.
New review from our new friends at ProgressiveEars.com.
Thanks Floyd!

Zip
Tang's long-awaited CD - Luminiferous Ether - is
now available online!
More
than a year in the making, this self-produced, labor-of-love
contains a compelling range of exciting material for your hungry
ears. From the rockin' Zappaesque "Tower of Tuna" to the epic
Floydish "Doctor Plush" this CD has something for every fan of
underground rock music.
PLUS
- as a tribute to the most challenging cover song we ever attempted,
this CD includes our interpretive rendition of Emerson, Lake &
Palmer's Tarkus - more than 18 minutes worth of
classic progressive rock. You've just gotta hear it to believe it.
This was a musical mountain that we just had to climb.
So
if you've seen one of our rare live performances, or caught us on
YouTube, or perhaps know us through a connection to The Hush Sound,
check it out. Luminiferous Ether is available on CD Baby.
Also,
watch your email
for a CD release party
announcement.
We don't have a date or a location yet - but we're working on it. We
hope to see you soon.
Thanks
for
your interest and support.
Perry,
Marcus, Rick & Fred
